He's putting my dentures in and I'm telling him my teeth are going to hinder the fit. He is very gentle and he listens to what you say. HIs team is warm and professional. I will be one among millions to say - dentists are not my fav! lol with that being said ... I had 2 infected teeth and waited way too long so I was in a lot of pain. I called Bandani and WOW! The facility is clean, family friendly and comfortable. Easy access right off the freeway, plenty of parking. You don't feel like you are walking into a hospital or a place that you are going to be overcharged to pay for someone's Lamborghini. The people are extremely nice, kind and patient. When the office mgr heard my teeth were hurting she got me in the next day! At the busiest time of year. They explained everything to me as I went .. costs, the procedure, etc. No surprises, no billing before I knew what was happening. I was prescribed antibiotics, checked out by the dentist and dental assistant and back in the following week for the procedure. You get a call and text reminder for your appts. The procedure was done as described, the dentist and dental assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. They all will put you at ease immediately. Their prices are reasonable, they worked directly with my insurance and took my Care Credit as well as offered financing and carry their own insurance plan for anyone who doesn't have insurance. You can tell the dentist enjoys what he does and has a lot of experience with his demeanor and explanations. I honestly cannot say enough. 100% satisfied with the work that was done, no issues after the fact, no outstanding bills to pay, zero services charged that weren't explained.
